hey! i may go for that(although i am 80% not going to )

do you know that, they look at GCSE

    BUT!

they look at your school and contextualise it?

what kind of school did you do your GCSE's in?
Got 6A*'s/10A's/2B's, A* in A Level Maths, A in AS Level RE and A in AS Level RS.
Went to a school which at that year had a pass rate of 65% A-C's.

Sure, forwarding it would be great

I heard someone say they got asked 'why can't you have a ten foot snorkel'.

I've recorded it, won't get to see it until after exams etc but seems interesting.
    I don't know! :p:

    It's not un-heard of

see, they are trying to stretch us to the LIMIT.

    so basically, i'd say this:

Air moves from a reigion of high pressure to low pressure. Deep under-water, the pressure around the tube, or in your chest may be very high, so the pressure gradient would not at all favour the intake of oxygen, or the inhalation and movement from the atmosphere , into the tube

see my waffling skills? i have NO idea lol

guys, can anyone actually answer the question?

    "why can't you have a ten-foot snorkel"
Or how about this one: describe this saucer to me as if I'm not in the room.

Best answer is to remain silent. If they ask what you're doing say 'you're not in the room, so I don't have to describe it'.

    Answer this if you want:

you have a tunnel from one end of the earth, to the other end, you drop a ball, what happens?

i'd do it early september mate

i've booked mine on the 3rd

it doesn't matter too much, just give your self enough time

make a list now, of if the ukcat goes well, or if not, and cancel or add and shift as you get the result. ect

sure, just make sure it's before your school send off applications because I doubt they'd send them on the deadline.

Hmmm. A tunnel is impossible, since the lower layers of the earth is liquid.

So basically the safest bet is a day or 2 before back to school?

If i use your logic from the previous answer, then yes, you are absolutely right.

    BUT

assume there is a tunnel, built, in whatever means it takes to build a tunnel, and then assume you drop a ball, what will happen?

What material is that ball made of? That'll determine how far it will drop without melting, and it'll not go further than the centre.

    Yeah lol.

    :p:

You wouldn't believe I did all of that in school considering my most recent schools reports. Most people are shocked when they see my reports, they're on fb.

If you wanna see, feel free to ask :p:
