Ah, that's fairly comforting Pretty much my whole tutor group wants to do medicine, and they've all booked their UKCATs for late August-early September I just keep telling myself that as long as I'm familiar with the question style, it'll be alright Good luck to you too!
 wow that is a lot of people wanting to do medicine!

You'd probably have to apply for a Foundation Year Course (6 years)

You need at least one of the two: iirc everywhere wants chemistry to at least AS level, with the majority asking for it at A2 level. As for biology it's not a specified requirement but check here to see the entry requirements correct as of 2011 entry

If you haven't met the requirements then you might be able to apply for foundation year courses - but you will need to explain why you didnt' do chemistry or biology afaik :yep:

Ah thank you both for that link. Trouble is I'm not sure I'm going to get the necessary grades this year. Just had a terrible exam period. My gcse's are 6A*, 5A's and a B. And I have 4A's in AS Maths, history, economics and politics. There is no way I'm getting above a C in maths this year. I'll be lucky to get a B in History, though I'm confident of an A in economics.

What are my options if I still want to pursue a foundation programme in Medicine?
