What's the best subject to study at MSc level in the field of life/biological sciences? I have a degree in Biomedical Science, but am unsure as to which subject to study at MSc level in terms of good job prospects.

Well what sort of biology do you want to go into?! Really the only advice I can give is that there will always be more money in the areas associated with industry / seen as being applied science or science with impact.

Thank you for your reply Bekaboo. I have a degree in Biomedical Science and would like to stay in that area. Would pharmacology/drug development courses be worth taking? I've had a look at the New Scientist jobs page to get an idea of what is in demand at the moment, however they have a broad range of advertisements and it wasn't particularly useful.
