    So, its nearly summer and belly tops are ready to be worn
    but i have gained a 'jelly belly' since last year
    looking for some quick easy stomach toning exercises which ill actually do!

    Im not fat, im really slim, i just want to concentrate on my stomach, all the exercises ive tryed seem to concentrate on my legs, which im not too worried about, worried about over doing it though and weightloss making my boobs smaller, ekkk!!!

    You are slim, with a jelly belly which is fat on your stomach are - you are skinny fat end of debate! Looks good in clothes then when un-covererd the lack of shape to certain areas is apparent - skinny fat!!!!

    you cant tone.
    you have to lose body fat all over, eat less calories than what your body uses.

    Front squats:

    Your boyfriend probably only has Dumbbells, so do it like this:

    12 reps x 3 sets.

    Little break and then:

    Weighted planks:

    Start without any weight. Hold for 1 minute, break for 30 secs, repeat x3.

    You'll definitely "feel" your stomach toned.

    she needs to lose body fat. which can ONLY be done by eating a calorific deficit.
