Stressful life causing hairloss early on? Watch

I guess this counts as health. I broke up with my on off bf last year of 4 years and am struggling with the idea that I could be gay (yes, I realise a long time with a guy might tell me that but not so simple). Since the very stressful break up and subsequent friends finding out about it, worrying about what it means etc. I think my hairline on the left side has started receding. I have thick hair and my dad has a full head of hair in his 60's. I'm 19, is it possible this stress is what is causing this and what can I do? Other than stop being stressed! Or is it unlikely at this age stress causing it?
