Hi, I have some data that I need to figure out what are my independent and dependent variables. I'm trying to follow the steps of how to do this process, but I'm confused as to how to lay out and present my data.
Every March, for a period of 10 years, I have collected the temperature, every day of that month, each and every year. In the past there have been some temperature spikes, consistently in March, although on slightly different days. I want to show that they are not random, that there is some sort of signal and order to this. So, recorded data assembled, how do I order this into a table of two independent variables and one dependent variable that are needed to conduct the two way anova?
