I'm basically looking for any advice I can get, as I've got myself in a bit of a sticky situation. Maxed out my overdraft, and credit card, need to pay rent in April and equivalent to another months rent before 1st May for a deposit for my house next year, and my next student loan doesn't come in until 3rd May. I have accepted how appalling my money management skills are, and am trying to be strict with my spending, but I can't take back what I've already spent/owe. I have a job, but what I earn doesn't go very far at all, and I can't ask my parents either as they do not have the money to lend. Any advice anyone has at all would be much appreciated.

Stop spending money on unnecessary things now!
Have you gone to your student union to see about a hardship loan? They maybe able to help you out. Another option would be to open another student acount with another bank and JUST use the money in the short run to pay off your rent/deposit.
When youve sorted out your immediate problems:
Make a list of everything you spend money on h and how much money you have coming in every month. Workout how much you have to spend a week and stick to it. Make a budget so you dont overspend in the future and you start paying off your debts.

People should have to face up to the stupid spending decisions they make. Extend your hours, find another job, sell some of the stuff you bought or return it to where you bought it.
