Hey, so I've never done an essay on character before and I don't know how to structure it. Could you give me a paragraph plan for this title; I would appreciate
    it a lot:

choose a play In which a central character feels increasingly isolated from those around him.
Explanation why rhe character finds himself isolated and show whatvtje consequences are for this character.

I just don't know how to structure it.
    It's Romeo and Juliet

    It's Romeo and Juliet
Essentially, when I write English essays, I do a quick, simple plan. For example:

    1. Introduction
    2. Introduce the first aspect of the character feeling isolated
    3. Main conflict when the character's isolation is clearly seen
    4. Consequences of the isolation
    5. Conclusion

Obviously, I'm not saying just do three paragraphs for your main body (you're welcome to do so though), but it helps separate your main points.

    Example:

    Introduction
    ------
Primarily, the character of Romeo feels distant from his family...
    ------
The aspect of isolation is most prominent in the key scene...
    ------
Consequently, such isolation sees the character commiting a heinous crime...
    ----
    Conclusion

    I hope it's somewhat helpful.
