I'm not really tired, I sleep well - go to bed and get up at the same time every day, don't eat before bed. The problem is not that I don't sleep enough.

I just yawn LOADS. Don't know why - but its really annoying. It makes me wonder if people constantly think I'm bored when I talk to them...

    Anyone got any ideas?

i dont know whats causing the yawning but if you tickle the roof of your mouth with your tongue it stops you from yawning, it also works for sneezing.

I've heard if you see someone yawn then you'll yawn in the following ten minutes. Not sure how true this though...

I thought yawning is through a lack of oxygen to the brain? If it is, I don't know how you'd stop that to be honest.

And iainthegreat, that is true according to some researcg

You serious haha? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yawn "Evidence has shown yawning may actually decrease oxygen intake".

There's plenty of interesting stuff in that page!
