How can I improve me speaking abilities? Urgent help Please Watch

    I've had the problem of jumbling up my words eveytime I speak to a group of people or even answering a question a teachers asks me. Its now at a point where I'm afraid to raise my hand to ask questions in lectures or even even ask questions in general. Can people give me any tips please.

    Would be invaluble for any help i get

    It sounds like a either a confidence problem or maybe you think too fast to get the words out?

    Try sounding out what you want to say in your head, take time to say words fully and don't feel you have to be perfect! Everyone gets it from time to time, whether its getting an idea out, or not being sure where your point is going to go.

    I kind of had the same problem when I joined a debating society and they really helped with my speach and how I delivered myself, you should try it people in those societies understand that speaking out can be hard.

    But I hope this was helpful, I can only draw on experience
