Has anyone/know anyone who failed their modules and then re-sat and passed them all? watch

    They knew a couple of them were coming, but by and large they had the couple of months between finding out the results and the retake period.

    I know someone who failed a significant number of modules and had to re-sit, I think it was 6 big ones. He resat and passed, but he said it ruined his summer and his mum's summer and he had to go back to university a month early to resit them and he had to keep the fail mark for them and if he fails again in second year he gets kicked out so it's not a good habit to be in.

    The cons, I think, outweigh the pros.

    it was in economics. what motivated me was just the thought of having to tell everyone i knew that i had failed uni (bit embarassing). and the fact i want to earn good money when im older (have a nice house, nice holidays etc)
