I have been accepted by both courses and i can't decide between them... LSE's brand name is certainly more prestigious but the course is not really that popular and recognized. On the other hand, although UCL's brand name is not as good as LSE, the course is much better. I would appreciate if anyone can give me some advice

I believe that LSE is a huge deal, known globally. I have no idea about the real estate programme but on ur cv u ll have LSE! which is fantastic besides UCL is a great deal, and the econ prog is okay. both are good but the question is what do you want to do in future?

    They are completely different courses.

Do you want to study Real Estate Econ/Finance or pure Economics?

You're grown up now. This is postgraduate stuff. You surely have to base your decision on what you want to be studying rather than "which sounds better for HR?"
