Over the weekend I had bad PMS (and not feeling well with it). I was meant to see my boyfriend this week, but today he said he thinks it's best I don't go because I might give it to his brother.....I said it's period related and obviously isn't contagious....... he then said he doesn't want to deal with me feeling sick as he'd get pissed off.

I feel fine now but he still said "it's best if you stay at home".

Does this sound like an excuse to you?

He sounds like a total prick. Maybe he's one of them immature guys who are repulsed by the idea that women have periods and think it's contagious or will get on his clothes or something

If you're being sick all the time then its probably best that you stay at home other than that why on earth he'd pass up an opportunity to see his girlfriend I don't know :s

Or maybe he doesn't want to have to deal with a woman complaining, being short tempered, and feeling sick for the day?

He needs to man up if this is the case then, or go out with a man. I'm sure if a guy had man flu he would expect his girlfriend to look after him and feel sorry for him when all it is is a cold.
