    I've just finished that paper
It was about comparing PCR and BAC CLone libraries as forms of cloning, talking about the advantages of each. Didn't do too well on that question..

There are always 2 long answer question - yes.

The Jan 11 and June 2010 had:

    - Affects of Flight or Fight Response on Muscles
    - Comparisons between PCR and in vivo gene cloning
    - Translation and Transcription then the role of Polypeptides in th bodies development
    - The process by which bacteria can be genetically modified to produce a certain protein
What does it mean in vivo mean:confused:

    I know, right?!

Mine took two tumbles this morning on Jan 2011 when two meaty 8-9 marker questions I waffled because I didn't know how to answer them, and they were on topics I thought i revised well

My advice to people who are revising (like me ) is to stop revising an hour or so before the exam cos your brain has to accumulate all the info you've been taking for the last few weeks! But everyone to their own

Going in hungry is worse. Don't want to be thinking about food when you should be thinking about the fact to improve uptake of recombinant DNA plasmids into bacteria you should use Calcium Salts and Heatshock. God forbid.
