    Hello all,

I am currently working through the application process for RAF Reserves (Gunner) and have just had the results of my aptitude tests in (passed) the next stage of my application is to attend a selection interview in early April.

I have read the RAF Reserves website back to front, watched videos about life in the RAF as reservist/Gunner etc and I also paid attention to the presentation day in as much detail as possible.

Could someone please give me some advice on what kind of questions I can expect in the interview so I can do the relevant research and prepare some answers for it? It's been a hell of a long time since I did an interview for anything as been in the same job for years.

Any advice on what I can expect in the interview would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

    Luke
