    Hello!

I am a Civil Engineer graduated and am looking for a library which could have extensive books about the different subjects I have studied, just to refresh my knowledge.

Any idea where I can look for it?

I live in NW10 by the way, the nearer the better... hehe.

    Thank you!!

Why don't you check out your nearest library and start from there? They would most likely know in which direction to point you.

Do you not have any old course notes or books from when you studied?

Go to the local uni library? See if there are any technical libraries in London?

I will try that, problem is that I tried to look for libraries in general and I even couldn't find anything

I do not have notes or books because I studied in Spain and I had to leave everything back there, it is a lot of kilos to bring...

    Thank you!

Ah right! Tell me about it, I have way too many boxes of books in way too many locations because they are so heavy and they cant all move with me!

Hmm... there is pretty much a library in every town; I'd advise you to check online for the nearest one in your area - then you can see if it will have the type of books you require

The Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) has a huge technical library which all of its members can use. If you are trying to get into civil engineering as a career then it's in your interests to be a Graduate member. Unfortunately it does cost money, but it will allow you to use their library! (plus it will look good on your CV as it shows you are committed to civil engineering)
