GOT NEAR TUBE TEN MINS contact [email protected]----picc line tube

hi, i'm Nikita. i'm 20 on September 1st and am currently living in central london. I would like to share with like minded students from September 2011, somewhere near central but not too far east, as my course is in west london. I'm easy going, love to sing and write music which is a part of my course (- but i promise i will keep the noise down when people are home.) i am just doing my final term of the one year diploma at my music school, and will go onto the degree in september. this past year, i feel i have missed out on the uni experience a little. visiting friends at other unis around the country has made me realise i really want that next year. i want more nights out and i want to live with students who are similar ages to me. i love my uni but not so much the surrounding nightlife, and most people from my uni normally live local. that is the reason i have used this site to try and meet people - it's not that i'm a weirdo who can't meet my own friends, i promise! ha i don't mind how many people i live with really, although a big flatshare would be awesome. it's more about who i live with, so if i sound like your kind of person, get in touch. hope to hear from you soon nikita x[/QUOTE]

I'm a married UCL MA history of art student (2011/12). I am interested in finding a flatshare within 20-25 minutes of UCL for Mid september 2011 through september 2012. My husband and I are both American and he will be working (hopefully) while I am taking courses. We are friendly, laid back people. We enjoy traveling and eating out, concerts, art, etc. but studies are the priority so housing with another like-minded couple or individual would be ideal. We generally lead a fairly quiet life, not going out all the time.

We are Americans so it is hard to find a good apartment option from here. Someone already living in London who has suitable space or can look for a good flat to share would be best.

Or if you just have any good advice...welcome

Hi I'm Kathryn and am also looking for a flatshare for this coming year from either August/September 2011.

I am going to be in my first year at LCF. I'm a very relaxed individual who loves to go out to pubs, clubs, gigs etc.

Would like to live west / central with a budget of around £200 per week.

Anyone let me know if they are interested in a flatshare, wouldn't mind sharing with one or multiple people. x

    Hi,

Looking for accommodation near City University starting end of August. Will be starting Postgrad in nursing in September. Moving over from Ireland so hoping to move over end of aug to get used to the area. Would love a double room in a flat or house share. Looking for something under 130 a week including bills. Might be easier to find something in a group. PM me if interested.

Okay, fingers crossed, here's my quick advert to add to the list:

I'm a German-born American girl, moving to London in September for my MSc. I'm in my early twenties and studying European political economy at LSE. I'm a typical Gemini (if you're into that sort of thing), and have traveled quite a bit so I get on with most types of people very well.

I am looking for one or more students to live with; as students I believe we're exempt from council tax. I like going out to pubs and shows... but also enjoy watching bad tv with a glass of cheap wine in my hands. I'm also into sport, so if you need someone to go jogging with in the early morning I'm your girl!

£175ppw (with all bills inclusive) is my approximate price range. I realize this may change depending on what we find. I would prefer to live in a modest flat in a nicer part of London, as opposed to a bigger flat in a dodgy area of town. -------------contact [email protected] regarding room in north londn nar tube ten mins 600 month get in touch vailable now

My tentative neighbourhoods of interest are:
    - Fulham
    - Hammersmith
    - West Kensington

SO! Do you think we would make a nice match? If so, contact me. I will be arriving in London on 10 September.

Thanks for the read, and best of luck to everyone.

Received an email from Uni of Westminster today saying that they won't be able to offer me a halls of residence place, which despite abit annoying means also means a new adventure - finding somewhere to live!

So, I'm Matt, I'm going to be 20 in September and I'll be studying Finance at the University of Westminster. I have a good sense of humour, love rugby, pubbing ect, you know, the average

Budget is approx £500PCM. If youre interested, send me a PM.

    Hi,

I'm a 23 year old female and I'll be starting a Postgraduate nursing course at King's College London, based mostly at the Waterloo campus this September.
I'm looking for somewhere close-ish but don't mind somewhere not so close as long as it's accessible.

I'm a sociable, friendly and very tidy/clean bookworm. I'm not too great with London as I'm currently in Manchester but I'm looking forwards to moving down sometime in September (possibly slightly earlier).

    Hello all,
I am also looking for accommodation: a flatshare with friendly people (not too many people though), not too far from Russell Square (let's say 45 min walking distance).
I have shared flats for many years so I do respect other people's space and at the same time love to share a bottle of wine some times.
I will be doing my MA so will need a relatively quiet place, and couldn't have too many parties at home either (I am in my thirties :-) ) If anyone is interested, please drop me a line. I will be coming to London on the 19th of August and will stay until the 21st. Then I will come back on September 20th to stay for at least a year.
    Hope to hear from you!

Hi, I'm also looking for a flatshare. I'm going to just post what I posted on an accommodation website:

My name is Lulu, and I’m 18. I’ll hopefully by starting at LCC in September, studying Journalism. I would like to live somewhere in South London, around Elephant & Castle – but anywhere around the Northern or Bakerloo Line, or where I can change on to either quickly is fine. I want anywhere within a ten minute walk of a tube station.

I am a smoker - however I wouldn’t smoke inside the house. I like reading, writing, I’m good with computers (which saves on repair bills) but I’m also into going out, so would love flat mates I could have a good night out with at the pub, or a bar, etc. My cooking skills are…weak, but I’m willing to learn – plus, I can rustle up a pasta dish, and I bake. Would love to get a pet for the house – a cat, or a snake, but this isn’t something I’m bothered with.

I work on Saturdays and Sundays in Ealing, so probably would stay over at my family house some weekends, depending on what time I’m starting.
My budget is about £500pcm, but preferably under because I’m not paid that well!

Let me know if you're interested - ideally looking for two to four people, of either gender.
I am starting at LCC in september, am female and have a similar budget. if you are still looking for someone to flat share facebook me http://www.facebook.com/rcbourke thanks!

I am a 31 year old Norwegian MSc engineering student, starting UCL this september. I am looking to share a flat in a good area with 2-3 other likeminded people. My budget is 200-300£ per week. Areas I would like to live are Holland park, Bayswater, South Kensington or Notting hill for example, but i am open to other good options.

I'm a fairly sociable person and love to go out, but i also like to have my own space. On my free time i like to do sports, my favourites beeing cycling, swimming and running.

Please pm me if you are interested in finding something together or have a spare room allready.
