I had sex for the first time a couple of weeks ago and couldn't get past a minute or two at the most, luckily the girl I'm with was sympathetic and we did other stuff instead, but same thing happened when I tried again the next day.

I heard for men, there is a muscle in the anus are which can be squeezed to prologue load shooting.
