How to stop being so self centred? watch

I just feel like I'm becoming more this way these days... Any tips anyone? It leads me to overthink absolutely everything and I don't really like feeling like that. ^.^

I feel like I'm doing the same, although if I'm honest, it doesn't seem to bother me as much as it bothers you.

I spent all of primary and high school being the nice girl who listens to everyone elses' problems. It's my turn to exploit other people's good natures now.

Relating to post - stay calm and try to act conscientiously? Ask people about their weekends and never talk about your own unless asked? Just take an interest in people and sympathise, I guess.

Think about how bad others have it. Even if you have it soooo rough think about the natural disasters in the world like Japan right now. Or africa!
Or maybe throw yourself in front of a car so you have a near death experience and realise how lucky you are and how you need to love and live life to the full!
