I'm currently applying to student finance and have the following questions:

    1. If I currently am working, will that affect my grants/loans?

    2. What does this question mean:

    "Are you or your:
    husband, wife, civil partner or
    parent(s) a step-parent or
child, son or daughter-in-law or child's partner
a European Economic Area (EEA) national or Swiss national who is working, has worked or is looking for work in the UK?
I came to the UK in 2006 from Germany and am German national. Is it yes for me or no? And my dad is working in the UK. Reason I'm asking this: If I choose yes, I can't answer the question "Do you have settled status in the UK?". And also if I choose yes, it asks me "Where did you do your pre-university education", whereas if I answer no, it doesn't ask me this.

    Any help appreciated.

    Thanks.
