Does anybody know the answer to this, I've spent the last couple of hours searching these forums and others for an answer without success.

I'm a graduate going back to study medicine, so I know I can't get a fee loan or maintenance grant, but If I can't get the maintenance loan I could be knackered.

    Anyone???

If they are permanently contracted out of the country you'll get nothing. Unless you are over 25 then you will be independently assessed.

Appreciate the reply, cheers. Out of interest where did you get this from? Would love to see the relevant piece of information. I promise you I've searched the direct.gov website thoroughly and I'm not using you to do my research for me.
