They just switched the A and B blocks round so it grows the opposite way to which you might think if you dont read the letters in the second picture. Basically the light has been shone on the A side so it grows towards the A side when there is no light [picture 2]
yeah thats what i did but i read the examiners report instead of the mark scheme so i thought i was wrong when i wasnt XD thanks anyway though

im sure that thingy is not an important thingy, i hope it doesnt come in tomorrows thingy (the exam) , in the gene expression thingy in article theres no lac operon thingy, i think lac operon was in unit 2 thingy.
It's in the spec for unit 5, the pre release mentions gene expression and the entire paper is synoptic. But I guess ur right though there is no chance it will come up

i have some article questions if you lot want to answer like one question each, i just like made a summary and this is what found, so here we go:

1)why is WAT located around the abdomens?
    2) what are epigentic markers?
    3) why has fMRI used instead of MRI, and how does MRI work to obtain images
4)sugest how cortisol hormone can increase blood pressure?
    5) use an example to explain sexual selection?
6)state the arguements for and against the use of animals in the scientist?
what are the ans to these?

Okay heading to bed now after several consecutive hours of cramming. My mind is so holding so much right now, you really do need to know absolutely loads for this exam due to the synoptic nature and article. Going to go over everything a bit more in the morning.

Goodnight everyone, and good luck! For most of us all least, summer begins tomorrow!
