Dad doesn't want to go to Open Day watch

    Ten hours in the car isn't exactly fun, especially seeing as there's other travel options.
    My parents didn't come to (or care about) a single one of mine. :dontknow:

    I know the lack of support sucks, but hopefully you guys have made it more fun by treating it like a day trip?

    My Dad did end up taking me and he actually seemed to have a nice day too. He told me he did anyway and said he was glad he came. On the way back we actually spoke about everything too (we barely speak or spend time together) and he told me how proud of me he was for the first time in like forever. So everything worked out well

    Take the train there by yourself. No one's going to be happy if one of you aren't happy.

    I had to travel for almost 5 hours by myself starting from 6am in the morning on train to get to Sheffield for my Sheffield Hallam interview. Because I'm indecisive and I chose graphic design as the course I ended up hauling 3 sketchbooks with me with an A2 portfolio. At the end of the day my hands were blistered and my arms were aching.
    In the end they offered me an Extended Degree which I didn't want to attend since it requires me to stay in SHU for 4/5 years ==;;
    after youve done 3 years you can just opt out my boyfriend did after his 3 you still get the degree
