    Are you looking to bodybuild? It depends on your fitness goals tbh. If your looking to trim down for contests look into a guy called Matt Lovell, brilliant nutritionist who worked with the England Rugby Team, if your looking to bulk up always start with whey protein. If you sign up to Team BodyPower on BodyPower Expo's website, you get weekly updates from top bodybuilders. Im not massively into bb, but they have loads of nutritionists etc on there too. If your into health and fitness check out going to their expo in Birmingham in May, well worth it!

    If your looking to build strength and endurance your gonna need a lot of protein intake. The say as much as 1 gram per pound of body weight daily for a bodybuilder. Also with your goals your gonna need lots of fruits and vegetables for the amino acids. Of course you could just get a couple of supplements too.
