Use the difference of two squares, i.e. the fact that (a+b)(a−b)=a2−b2(a+b)(a-b)=a^2-b^2. If a,ba,b are square roots of integers then a2,b2a^2,b^2 are integers, so what do you think you can do with your fraction?
