Can you fall in love with someone after dreaming about them?

This is really weird. I had a dream last week about this girl I know. She's really friendly and quite fit, but we aren't really close, and there are other girls who I am much closer to and who I used to fancy more than her.

Then last week I had this dream about her being my girlfriend (I won't give you all the details!) Since then I've been completely infatuated with her... no idea why! She probably thinks I'm acting seriously weird. I'm confused because I really fancy her now, but I don't know if it's right. She was my girlfriend in a dream... it wasn't real! Why am I so crazy about her all of a sudden?

Has this ever happened to anyone else, or am I just a complete psycho?

wut does it matter if it has happened to sm1 else or not or even if u r a psycho .......... if u r crazy abt her then that's all there's to it ........ just ask her out

Yes this exact thing happened to me... And I went on liking him for along time :/ I say do something about it because I didn't and regret it. Because I found out he infact liked me back the whole time.
