I was meant to have a telephone interview scheduled at 10 (on my mobile) so I sat in my room, waiting for the call - about 10.15 I get a message saying I have a voicemail. It's the interviewer saying I have a 9.30 interview (and the voicemail announced that the message was received at 9.33).
Panicked, I call the woman back and apologised but said I had the interview scheduled for 10AM (I have the e-mail) - she replied "yes I called you at 10.05" but I have the voicemail saying message received at 9.33 AND the lady on the voicemail message itself says 9.30 interview! I completely stumble and look like a tw*t and she says she'll have to get a member of her team to call me back.
I'm a little upset right now I quite want this job but I don't know how to go about it - I don't have her e-mail, just her telephone number. How should I proceed?
Please help - what should I do? Watch

Wait for a member of her team to call you back. If they don't call today, you could always reply to the email address that they used before. If you know you're going to be at home all day and you have a landline, you could always call them and ask for them to ring that number so you know if won't go straight to voicemail. I hate it when you have signal and it still goes to voicemail! Good luck with the interview
