    Generally anything sweet. The sweeter, the better. This usually involves things such as chocolate, fudge, toffee, caramel, honeycomb, some sort of dough e.g. cookies/waffles and a topping of ice cream (usually vanilla to complement the rest of the flavours in the dish). An amalgamation of all of the aforementioned things represents, for me, heaven in a bowl.

    Rose and raspberry creme brulee
    Pistacchio, dark chocolate gelato
    Lemon or raspberry sorbet
    Most things in a good french patisserie
    Macaroons
    A very datey sticky toffee pudding with vanilla custard
    Romeu and Julietta crepes (a type of guava set jam with a soft white cheese like tofu in consistency, it's brazilian!)
    Gajar ka halwa (indian carrot pudding)
    Dark chocolate torte
    raw pecan pie
    Kheer (indian rice pudding with saffron, pistacchios, cardamon)
    Parsnip cake

    Yeah, I did think that as I posted it, it was just the first picture on Google Images >.< It's more like an apple crumble cake than anything, but it still looks nice.
