Do they perform CRB checks for pharmacy?

In that case, you need to declare all cautions and convictions when they ask you to when you apply since they'll find out anyway. But chill since yours was about 4 years ago, cautions (if not serious) are removed after two years. I wouldn't sweat it out since cautions are rightly seen as much less serious as a conviction.

"Cautions, reprimands, warnings and fixed penalty notices"

A caution is a formal warning administered by a senior police officer in a police station. Reprimands and final warnings are a form of caution for juveniles, also administered by a senior police officer, usually in a police station. None of these are criminal convictions as such, so do not have a rehabilitation period and cannot be spent or unspent under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act.

Just to add, it also depends whether your uni undergoes a normal or an enhanced CRB which is more likely or again, may not, display your caution. Furthermore, if you were under 18 while cautioned then they would pay little attention to it c.f. an adult. Hopefully it wasn't too serious and they'll overlook it.
