the more i eat the more I ****...how CAN I GET FAT?-weights are just toning? watch

    i bench 30kg which is not alot but if i do more will it make a diiff (*100 every day ?)

    should i get myprotein?whats the big hype with that?

    What do you mean weights are just toning? Lift BIG and they wont be.

    Also eat more lean protein +carbs and you'll increase muscle mass and put on weight.

    Do more weights = Eat more (Diet high in protein ,cut down starch based diet)
