Hi, I just need a bit of advice...

I've applied for joint honours English lit. with theatre at Hull University and also at Goldsmiths College of London, I'm on my gap year so I know I've already got the grades for both, I just have to choose between them.

In terms of the courses, they're both pretty different but I'd be happy with either so it's really more of a choice between the uni's themselves. I'm really drawn to the idea of living in London, but I love how much space Hull has, and I really don't want to pick the wrong university based on where it is, I need it to be right for me.

So basically, any advice about the places would be great - what the people are like, what it's like to live there, night life, student care etc. - or just generally what to look for when choosing where to go.

I hope this makes sense, and thanks in advance for any advice anyone can give me, believe me it would be really appreciated right now!
