    i have a chance to do my second year uni in china or india but im not sure which one, any advice? some chinese students told me shanghai is much better than mumbai and some indian sutdent said mumbai is very good city , i cant decide which one to go !! anyone have been to india or china please give some advice thanks

    It's not just a personal preference. Indian universities are more open in terms of the way things are taught (less parrot-fashion dutifully writing down everything the lecturer says), the level of debate is much freer, and of course linguistically you'd get a higher standard of English.

    "The Indians are like the Italians of Asia", someone said. Think it was the Shantaram guy.
