I've been on that infamous acne medication Roaccutane for my crazy amounts of acne (symptoms include pretty much everything from cracked lips to death - joking there but it does do some serious liver damage!)
Anyway, damage aside, this medication's incredible - however I do have some small white spots on my chest that are quite noticeable if you're looking and I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on how to scrub them away.
Last time I went in to see the nurse for a check up on my medication then she was talking about using (quote!) "cloth like sponges that us women like to use, they're wonderful, just one bit of soap on them and they'll scrub your whole body." Apparently she's recommending those to help scrub them away because they're more effective at rubbing out the glands or something but I'm not really sure what she was on about.
So basically I think this is what she had in mind. Thoughts or any other suggestions?

I think she was being facetious, suggesting you don't wash, and meant a simple flannel. They sound like little pustules ('whiteheads'), usually from a viral infection in hair follicles. Good hygiene is the mainstay of effective treatment usually
