Does anyone know if I can get a conditional offer even if I'm graduated from college and cannot have higher gpa?
(I have applied to cass, they want 3.00/4 gpa but mine is 2.8)

They're not going to give you a conditional offer if you've finished university and can not get a higher mark. If you already have your degree and do not meet their entry requirements then they'll reject you. There'd be zero point in giving you an unachievable offer, if you met their entry requirements and they wanted you then they'd give you an unconditional offer.
