If someone has 5 litres of blood, and their heart rate is 70bpm. And they transport 70cm cubed of blood per beat. How long does it take for the average red blood cell to travel once around the body?

    Well 5000ml =5000cm^3

    So (5000/70)/70 =1.02 mins.
