I'm attending Reading Festival in the summer. I'm currently 17 and was wondering if it's worth getting one of these - they say that they accept these as valid ID (or I could be another such ID)? (I'm not sure why I would need one, but better safe than sorry)
I don't currently have a provisional drivers license because I plan to wait till I'm 18 to learn to drive.
Is it worth it, or a complete waste of money?

    Get a provisional.
If you wanna learn at 18 they take a while to get so you might as well order it now. You don't wanna pay for a citizen card as well.
Seriously just get driving over with, I wish I had!
