Where is amino acid hormone made?
What does it do briefly and how does it do it?
Explain the term negative feedback in reference to the action of amino acid hormones.

Insulin is an 'amino acid hormone', it is made in the pancreas. It causes the body to take up glucose and convert it to glycogen. I use insulin because it's the most obvious one to use, but your question doesn't make much sense since hormones are made in a variety of places.
With regards to negative feedback, what do you know about it so far?
