So...all you fellow cheese lovers out there, what is your favourite?

Mine is a toss up between proper fresh buffalo mozzarella, or ricotta. Just the thought of them make me drool...though to be honest I love all sorts of cheese, except for blue ones and extra mature cheddar.

    Provolone!

    Edit:

Same, only seem to love cheese on pizza. Haven't tried it with wine yet.

Halloumi is gorgeous, though I am partial to a good lump of old fashioned Irish cheddar.

    Extra strong cheddar or brie.

But really, I don't care, I love all of them :sogood:

Too hard. Favourite might be like mexicana cheese or brie with blueberry.

    No mascarpone option?

Out of all those I'd say mild cheddar. Or feta cheese made with goat's milk :coma:

The only cheese I like is edam. And I do not like any cheese once it's melted. But yes, Edam ftw :sogood:
