Mozarella! Perfect on pizzas and chicken and love it in sandwiches too.

    and

Red Leicester! Works so well for me when I make nachos and cheesy mash! Goes a lovely light orange colour and has a lovely flavour.

Chose Cheddar but Mozzarella, Parmesan, Hellim and Ka?ar are equally delightful to the tongue.

Although it is almost always absent of flavour (especially in cheap guises), I enjoy mozzarella the most.

I've forgotten what it's called, but I absolutely adore a certain soft cheese which comes in a swirl like a Chelsea bun, and has herbs round the edge of the swirl. I could eat all of it in one go, by itself, if I could.

Have you tried the cranberry one you get at Christmas? Oh sweet lord that cheese is heaven.

So...all you fellow cheese lovers out there, what is your favourite?

Mine is a toss up between proper fresh buffalo mozzarella, or ricotta. Just the thought of them make me drool...though to be honest I love all sorts of cheese, except for blue ones and extra mature cheddar.
Oh, my! I share the same opinion! But in addition to my top cheeses I'd have to add Brie <3

I'm a bit of a cheese fascist :teehee:

I love me some brie, Couer de Lyon or Camembert but nothing beats the cheapest cheddar you can buy!
