I have a thing about fear of rejection. I was hoping you could help with some ideas.

A big one is to ask random girls out (which seems extemely hard to me),

just wondering if you could think of any others: easy and harder ones.

you don't just "ask random girls out". A meaningful relationship, in my experience, starts as friends first and then progresses to other things. Just meet with people, if you get along with them arrange to do things. There are no secrets. Its just a case of talking to people.

Unless you are just looking for a one night stand rather than a relationship. Then my advice would be to get ****-faced, go to a club and dance!

so you're looking to be rejected to build up a tolerance? tbh then just keep asking out women, there's nothing quite like sweet rejection from the fairer sex just change up how good the girl looks, ugly=easy, good looking=hard.
