Help needed! Maintenance grant

I used the sliding scale bar thing and with my parens income being between £25k and £58k, I moved i there and clicked contine wth this figure. It said I was eligible for £4.7k + a small grant. I then ticked that my parents will fill out a form (paper form) to show this.

I then get to the 'Your Loan' section and it says i'm entitled to £3500ish maintenance loan :mad: . This won't cover anything, not even rent at one of the cheapest Southampton accommodations. How do I change this back to £4.7k?

what's the point of messing about on a ready reckoner? It is your actual application that will determine what you are entitled to, not a toy on the internet.

Also your screen grab is last year's application not this year's. The tuition fee loan isn't £3290 for 2011-12.

On there it say £3290
