    I really am sorry if I have posted this thread in the wrong section, I apologize.

    I just wanted to ask very briefly, is it a good idea to use rheotorical questions in the beginning of the essay intro? Just to spice soem things up in the essay and make it more interesting?

    Also could I use third person words, such as, 'you'... for example, if I wanted to make the reader feel as if they are a consumer of a particularly product that I am going to discuss about in my essay.

    Much help would really be appreciated.
