    Hi
ive got an offer from John Moores University for Psychology, and it states this

This offer is subject to you obtaining
A minimum of 280 UCAS Tariff points including

    GCE A level
    Grade C - Psychology

Does that include my AS subject? (History Grade C, so that'll be 40 points).

I didnt realize it did, untill today when my friend said she has a similar offer and said hers included her AS results. So just wanted to make sure by asking you guys... xD

UCAS point offers include anything that will get you UCAS points basically, so yeah that's AS Levels too, as well as stuff like high music grades etc

obviously it doesn't count if you carry it on to A Level, just thought I'd clear that up before someone else helpfully points it out...

Do they accept General Studies? If yes, then Im guessing no.

EDIT: Reading above me, I didn't realise that was the case. Don't listen to me.

I would still check on their website to see if general studies is accepted as a surprising amount of universities do let you use it. An E is 20 points, which if things do go wrong on results day you might be needing to use so its worth knowing exactly what they'll accept so you aren't in a mess on results day trying to find out whether you're in or not if things don't go as planned.
