After receiving my January exam results I have met the requirements of my offers. I contacted the university which I would like to accept their offer regarding changing the status to ‘unconditional’, and they said they will once they receive an official transcript of my results. So the exams office at my college told me to send off for the aggregation of my new grade; which I have done. Is this the correct process so that my offers will change to ‘unconditional’, and if so do you have an idea of how long it will take.

    Thank you.

They might not do it at all - they don't have to until August. But if you've met the requirements it doesn't matter anyway as it's technically unconditional. If they will do it then it could be pretty quick or it could take a while. There's no set process because it's not something they have to do.

i scan it and send it to the dept. the admission tutor said they will give me uncondtional. it happened a week ago. maybe the administration thingy is going on slow?
