Okay so I'm doing AS atm and I really want to go into maths. I'm taking 4 AS's, one including maths, and looking at university's, most of them ask for further maths for the course I'm looking. I'm so determined to go to a top uni for maths, so I'm thinking of taking up further maths next year. If I do, does that mean that I have to do the whole of the A level in further maths, or can I just do AS further maths? Right now I'm doing C1, C2, S1.

Any help would be much appreciated!

You're better off asking the Uni admissions officer, we can only make predictions. Ring up and ask them whether taking further maths AS in year 13 will suffice. For some unis it will and for some it won't.

If you are able, do it anyway, universities love to see a high grade in it.
    Like above, check with unis.
