I'd definitely say something. For me, washing hands is something that should be done in total disregard of profession or location. I live with some people who don't wash their hands after using the toilet (I can hear everything that happens in the bathroom because my bedroom is next to it) and it just makes me feel unclean and that everything I touch could be covered with germs, and I'm not usually a major clean freak either.

If it's in the interest of the public then yeah, I would say something but I'd definitely tell the person in question first.

You still don't have any evidence. You don't gain anything, except maybe a sense of righteousness.
    Good enough for me!

Not washing hands is hardly a serious threat to the wider population.

If it was a serious threat I'd say "you either need to stop or I'll have to report it"
:lolwut: You're a medic and don't think unclean hands is a public health danger?

1 person in 1 restaurant? Probably not a serious public health threat, no.
