I am currently doing IB, and my HL subjects are Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. I am thinking of applying universities in UK, but recently I have decided that I will be also applying to US universities. I am not sure about admissions in US.
I would like to do Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace engineering and thus I would like to apply to well recognize universities in both UK and US.
I am not sure what to do now. I don’t know anything about SAT.
I think I will need to do SAT subject test for physics but not sure, I would like to know how hard is it and what SAT score will I need to apply to universities like Caltec, Georgia Tech.

2100+ SAT I scores generally. Assuming Caltech is the same calibre as MIT.

And you need to take the SAT II Physics B and C tests. Math will also help.

Well I do HL Physics. Compared to SAT subject test is IB harder than SAT II Physics.
Will I need some extra preparation for that tests ?
