    I recently asked the OU about someone who was reently told that they were no longer needed because they are to old and the reponse I received was that the OU is reviewing the decision about the default retirement age and will announce their plans in the next few weeks.
    The question is, "Why sack people on the basis of their age in the first place?

    It's stereotyping, it's illegal, and it's worth suing over. It's not easy to prove that you were dismissed due to discrimination, but let's see if they've thought up a back-up story.
