I've IT band sydrome and I've been seeing a physco for a while. £40 per half hour session, but she is good!

But I can no longer afford it and the NHS only give you 6 appointments with their own physo which I've used up. I am still in a lot of pain what can I do?

Also is there anyway i can get my money back for the physo I have to pay for I've spent almost £800!
