I think I eat OK, but when I counted my calories it doesn't seem to come to enough. I'm supposed to eat 2,500 calories. This is what I eat mainly:

    Breakfast:
Cereal or porridge with rice milk.
    Maybe some toast.

    Lunch:
    Sandwich, smoothie/juice, packet of crisps.

    Supper:
    chicken pie, baked beans
    OR
    pasta and tomatos
    OR
    microwaved something
    OR
    something else.

    Snacks:
Sometimes a sandwich or fruits or biscuits or prawn crackers.

    Other:
    3-4 pints of beer/cider a week.

Does this sound right or should I eat more things? (I can't eat dairy). I don't like coffee or tea or fizzy drinks.

Just go on a calorie counting website and work it out. Also it depends largely on the type of lifestyle you have.

I often eat less than that yet I'm still alive.
As long as you ok with your current body shape it's ok. Maybe add some fresh fruit in your diet.

You have 3 meals and snacks, seems fine! I would add some fruit and veg though.

I think calorie counting can be quite unhelpful. It seems like a balenced diet but it's individual to you. I tend to judge my diet based on what's happening with my weight. If im maintaining it's got to be ok!
